Stacey’s Success

Stacey has dropped a dress size with CrossFit Armidale.

Since doing CrossFit I have seen a massive change in my fitness from the times I am now getting in my workouts to what I can lift. I have also played hockey since I was 8yrs old and this year I have excelled in leaps and bounds. I am over the moon with my energy levels and I have dropped a dress size. All thanks to CrossFit Armidale”.

“The path to a new me…Forever!”

Having woken up one day realising that this is NOT how i wanted to live my life, being over weight and unhappy with the reflection that looked back at me, I decided to do something about it. I had tried to loose weight before and had small successes,  but I had let bad habits creep back into my life. I always let the excuses run my training, niggling injuries ( a hangover form footy) and lack of accountability kept getting in the way. I knew that my excuses were flimsy to say the least I just needed to do it.

I knew what to expect and when to expect it, such as better recovery times and noticeable differences every three to four weeks. This time I embraced the challenges and worked my way through them. My attitude was beginning to change and I could see the changes it was allowing me to achieve.

It was during this transformation, loosing almost 30 kg and gaining my life back, that I thought I can help others do the same. So GymRidz Personal Training and CrossFoit Armidale were born. I have been able to do this because I now know in myself that I can do anything I set my mind to. I changed not only how I look but also what I do and where I am going in my life.

Back then I had my excuses. Now I have my reasons. Reasons to keep healthy, reasons to inspire others and reasons to keep challenging myself.
