Partner WOD

AMRAP 1 5 minutes: Pull up hold and burpees

AMRAP 2 5 minutes: 3 wall climbs and box jumps 24/20

Rest 2 minutes after AMRAP & the swap to other one, repeat until both AMRAPS done twice.

One partner does one exercise while other partner does the other.

Score is total number of burpees and box jumps.

 

Alex (red band & 14″ box) & Sav (Rx) = 245

Sam (red band & squats for box jumps) & Steff (20″ box) = 303

Mouse & Andre = 376

Kate & maddie (step ups) = 394

Dave (14″ box) & Matt = 322

Holly (red band) & Jas (red band) = 269
