Strict Pull Ups 4 sets, 5 reps – 2-3 mins rest (should be tough, use weight if needed)

B)

Snatch Grip Deadlifts 4 sets 6 to 8 reps – rest 90 sec between rounds

C)

9 Min AMRAP

9 Toes 2 Bar

9 Box Jumps

9 Burpees
