CLIMB:

A)

Power Cleans 5 Sets 5 Reps – 2 Min rest between sets.

B)

1/2 Tabata Double Unders & Burpees. Score is total reps.

C)

15 Min AMRAP

20 Sit Ups

10 Deadlifts

5 Push Press
