10 KB swings 24/16

 

Alex – 8kg KB & 15kgs = 7+4

Sam – 8kg KB & 18kgs = 8+27

Sav – Rx = 6+6

Mouse – 30kgs = 6+7

Picko – 30kgs = 7+7

Holly – 25kgs = 6+7

Dave – 30kgs & 20kgs = 7+2

Kate – 20kgs = 10+2

Jodie – 15 front squats & MB cleans = 6+16

Chloe – Rx = 7

Maddie – SDHP 24 = 11+12
