30 sec rest 3 rounds

B)

Partner WOD

Pet Rock / Bumper Plate

20 MIN AMRAP

20 Walking Lunges

20 Push Ups

20 KB Swings

20 Box Jumps

One partner hold you “rock” 20/15kg while other partner does exercise, then change over. If the plate touches the gound its 5 burpees for both. You must stand while holding rock.
