Jaz = 13.17

AB – knees 2 elbows & step ups = 17.45

Pat – Rx = 13.09

Jayne – 25kgs bar, knees & red band = 14.58

A2 – 15kgs bar, 12KB, knees, blue band & 1/2 wall climb = 14.22

Nigel – step ups & 3/4 wall climbs = 12.00

Picko – Rx = 17.29

Heather – modified to be hard core! = 15.30

Kate – 12KB & 20kgs bar = 12.39

Maddie – step ups = DNF

Andre – 20KB, red band, knees to elbow, 35kgs bar & 3/4 wall climbs = 20.33
