A: 4 rounds for time
20 pull ups
20 push ups
20 sit ups
rest 1 min

B: 2 Min AMRAP KB swings 24/16

C: 3 rounds for time each round
run 400m
rest 90 secs.

Use your full minute rest in A between rounds.

Go all out for max reps in the AMRAP

Try and keep all rounds of run between 5 seconds of each other.
