A: 15 mins to establish your 1RM strict press

B: 15 mins to establish your 1RM front squat

C: 6 min AMRAP
5 push press 50/35
10 box jump 24/20
20 double unders

Use rack for front squat. Start light, everyone work through. Do one rep of each weight and work up in 5 kg increments.
