In a circuit complete one minute of each for a total or 3 rounds

1. wall ball 9kgs 10′ / 6kgs 9′ – reps

2. SDHP 35 / 25 – reps

3. box jumps 20″ – reps

4. push press 35 / 25 – reps

5. row – cals

1 min rest between rounds

Score is total reps and cals

** The clock does not stop, so transitions are important for a good score!
