Base A: Hollow rocks AMRAP 30 secs, rest 30 secs 3 rounds

B: Hang Power clean 4 reps 4 sets 2 mins rest

C: 8 Min AMRAP
6 Burpee
12 Box jump 24/16
6 Deadlift 70/50

Climb A: C2B pull ups AMRAP rest 2 mins 3 sets

B: Snatch complex. 2 snatch pull immediately followed by 2 hang snatch,full or power
4 sets 2 mins rest

C: 8 Min AMRAP
30 Double under
15 push up
10 toes 2 bar
