A: 4 rounds for time
run 400m
10 pull up
10 burpee
10 deadlift 70/50

B: 15 – 30 unbroken wall balls 9/6
rest 1 min repeat

Pace your rounds and try and keep them similar

unbroken wall balls, no rep is an end to the set. If you don’t reach the line or don’t go deep enough in the squat it’s a no rep, if it is before 15, restart the set.
